Standard Order Process
- Enquiry: Send us your requirements via WhatsApp or Contact Form.
- Quotation: We will provide a detailed quote including estimated lead times.
- Advance Payment: First-time buyers — 100% advance before production begins. Repeat buyers (from the third order onward) — 50% advance to start production.
- Production: Standard manufacturing lead time applies based on order size.
- Dispatch: For repeat buyers on the 50/50 plan, the balance 50% is required prior to final dispatch.
Shipping & Logistics
- Volumetric Weight: As flowers (especially 48"+ sizes) occupy large boxes but are lightweight, shipping is calculated volumetrically.
- Calculation: Final shipping costs are calculated post-packing to ensure accuracy.
- Transport Partners: We work with reliable PAN India logistics partners like VRL, TCI, and dedicated couriers.
- Packaging: Specialized durable boxing is used to prevent any crushing or transit damage.
B2B Pricing Policies
- Factory Direct: All listed prices are strictly wholesale/factory-direct. No middlemen.
- All-Inclusive Pricing: The price quoted to you is the final product price. There are no hidden charges — only shipping is calculated separately based on your pin code.
- MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity): MOQs apply for standard wholesale pricing. Please enquire for specific product MOQs.
- Samples: Paid samples are available for large upcoming bulk orders.
