The rules of the road for using our website and ordering with us.
These Terms govern your use of theflorista.in ("the website") and any purchase you make from Florista ("we", "us", "our"). By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Florista
Florista is a Nagpur-based manufacturer of handcrafted organza and fabric decor flowers, supplying wholesale to event decorators, retailers, and event-management firms across India. All listed prices are wholesale / B2B prices.
2. Eligibility
Our products are intended for business buyers — wedding decorators, event companies, retail shops, photographers, and similar commercial use. By placing a bulk order, you confirm you are 18+ years of age and authorised to enter into commercial contracts on behalf of your business.
3. Product Information
- Photographs are representative. Minor variation in shade, finish, or texture may occur due to handcrafted production and screen calibration.
- Sizes are nominal (e.g. "24 inch") with a tolerance of approximately +/- 1 inch.
- We reserve the right to update designs, prices, and minimum order quantities (MOQs) without prior notice.
4. Quotations & Orders
- Listed prices are indicative. A formal quotation will be shared on WhatsApp and is valid for 7 days from the date of issue.
- Orders are confirmed only after we receive the agreed advance payment in our bank account.
- MOQs apply per product variant. Most products carry an MOQ of 10 pieces; larger items (48"+ and 3ft+ premium) carry an MOQ of 5 pieces.
5. Payment
- First-time buyers: 100% advance is required before production begins.
- Repeat buyers (from the third order onward): 50% advance to start production, balance 50% prior to dispatch.
- Accepted modes: bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS/RTGS), UPI, GPay, PhonePe.
- Cash-on-delivery is not available for bulk wholesale orders.
- All quoted prices are final product prices. Shipping is calculated separately and shared before dispatch.
6. Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping is calculated on volumetric weight, since our products occupy large boxes despite being lightweight.
- Final shipping cost is shared after packing and confirmed before dispatch.
- Standard delivery is 4-7 working days post-dispatch via PAN India logistics partners.
- Title and risk in goods pass to the buyer once handed over to the courier.
- We are not liable for delays caused by the courier, force majeure events, or incorrect address provided by the buyer.
7. Damage in Transit
If any item arrives damaged, you must record an unboxing video and share it on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery. Genuine damaged pieces will be replaced or credited at our discretion. Claims received without an unboxing video cannot be processed.
8. Intellectual Property
All product designs, photographs, text, and the Florista name and logo are owned by us. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them for resale, listing, or marketing without written permission. Buyers may use product photos in their own event portfolios with attribution.
9. Acceptable Use of the Website
- Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape, or reverse-engineer the website.
- Do not impersonate Florista or use our brand name to mislead buyers.
- We may suspend access for any user who violates these terms.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the value of that specific order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or business-loss damages such as event cancellations, loss of customer goodwill, or third-party claims.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Nagpur, Maharashtra.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the website or placing a new order after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
