Everything you need to know before placing your first bulk order with Florista.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Our MOQ varies by product. For most items like organza flowers and butterflies, the minimum order starts at 10 pieces per design. For larger items like the 60-inch Giant Flora, MOQ is 5 pieces. There is no minimum for mixed assortments — just message us on WhatsApp and we'll work out a custom order for you.

Do you ship across India? How is shipping calculated?

Yes, we deliver PAN India. Since our products are large and lightweight (organza flowers), shipping is calculated on volumetric weight, not actual weight. We will share the exact shipping cost before you confirm your order. Delivery timelines are typically 4–7 working days after dispatch.

Can I get custom colours or sizes?

Absolutely. We stock 12 standard pastel shades across most of our range. For bulk orders above a certain quantity, we can produce in custom colours as well. Custom sizing is also possible for select products with a longer lead time of 7–14 days. Contact us to discuss your event requirements.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS/RTGS), UPI, and GPay/PhonePe. For first-time buyers, we require full (100%) advance payment before production begins. From your third order onward, you become eligible for our 50/50 plan — 50% advance to start production and 50% prior to dispatch. No cash-on-delivery is available for bulk wholesale orders.

What is the production lead time for bulk orders?

For in-stock standard items, we dispatch within 1–3 working days of payment confirmation. For large bulk orders or custom colours/sizes, the production lead time is 7–14 working days. We recommend placing orders at least 3 weeks before your event date to be safe.

Are your flowers reusable? How durable are they?

Yes! Our organza and fabric flowers are highly durable and fully reusable. They are crafted from premium-grade fabric that does not fade easily and holds its shape. Many of our buyers — wedding decorators and event companies — use the same flowers across 5–10+ events, making them extremely cost-effective.

Do you offer samples before a bulk order?

Yes, sample orders are available for most products. The cost of the sample (product price + shipping) is to be borne by the buyer. However, sample costs are fully adjustable against your first bulk order. Message us on WhatsApp to arrange a sample dispatch.

Who are your typical buyers?

Our products are popular with wedding decorators, event management companies, stage decoration contractors, party planners, and retail shops across India. We also supply to photographers and studio owners for backdrop setups. If you buy in bulk for commercial or professional use, you're our ideal customer.

What if my order arrives damaged?

We pack all orders carefully with protective materials, but if any item arrives damaged in transit, please take an unboxing video and send it to us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or credit for genuinely damaged pieces. Claims without an unboxing video cannot be processed.
